When you book a service with us, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your pickup/delivery address
• Details about your order (service type, selected items, special instructions, pet information for driver safety)
• Payment confirmation details processed through Square (we do not collect or store your card number — all payment information is handled directly by Square's secure checkout)
• A photo of your laundry's weight at our hub, for transparency and to resolve any pricing questions (Wash & Fold orders only)
• Your approximate location, only if you choose to use the "Use my current location" feature to fill in your address — this is never accessed without your explicit permission through your browser

We use the information above to:

• Confirm and fulfill your pickup and delivery
• Calculate accurate pricing based on weight or selected items
• Send you email updates about your order status (booking confirmation, weigh-in results, balance due, delivery scheduling, delivery confirmation)
• Verify your address falls within our service area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties)
• Apply our cancellation policy fairly, including recognizing repeat cancellations for fee purposes
• Contact you if there's an issue with your order

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service, with these providers:

• Square — to process payments and refunds securely
• Supabase — our database and file storage provider, which securely stores your order details and weight-verification photos
• Resend — our email service provider, used to send you order updates
• Google Maps / geocoding services — used to verify your address falls within our service area; your address is sent to these services only for this validation purpose

We do not share your information with any other third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

• Your data is stored with access restricted to authorized JayBees Valet Laundry administrators only
• We never store your card details — all payment handling is done directly through Square's secure, PCI-compliant systems
• Access to our administrative systems is password-protected
• We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, but no online system can guarantee absolute security

• You may decline to use the "Use my current location" feature and enter your address manually instead
• You may contact us at info@jaybeesvaletlaundry.com with any questions about your information, or to request its deletion, subject to any records we're required to retain for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes
